Red Hot Chili Peppers Concert

Welcome back, sorry it's been awhile, I've just been extremely busy and haven't had much free-time. This post will be obviously different from my previous posts as I will be talking about the recent concert I attended.

On Sept. 25 I traveled up to Phoenix with my nephew Dakota to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers play at the Jobing.Com Arena. The tour is for their I'm With You album which was released on Aug. 29, 2011, it is their 10th studio album.

I have excited for this concert for about a year. One reason is that they are my favorite band, another is I haven't seen them in concert since about '99 with their Californication tour. One more reason I was stoked for this concert was because it was supposed to take place originally March 2.

Snorta!

Welcome back once again to my Second Hand Findings blog. This week I will be talking about Snorta!

I found a copy of Snorta! at the Bookmans on Speedway and Wilmot for $5. The game retails for around $23, although they have changed the artwork on the box and have apparently have changed the style of the pieces as well.

Now the copy that I got was obviously well used as the box has seen better days and the cards do have some wear and tear. This doesn't bother me as it's nice to know that the previous owner must have had a good time with it. (Plus I only paid five bucks for it)

Snorta! was originally printed in 2004. It was printed by "Out of the Box" Publishing Company. The company has put out other games such as "Word on the Street," "7 Ate 9" and "10 Days in the USA."

Hell Rail: Third Perdition

Welcome back to my weekly blog, where I talk about board games that I come across in my wanderings through out the city. (But predominately Bookmans, okay so always Bookmans so far, just the different locations)

This week I will be talking about the copy of Hell Rails: Third Perdition, that I stumbled upon in my rummaging at the Bookmans at Speedway and Wilmot.

The game cost me about $10. It is made by Mayfair Games, based off of Hell Rail that was created by James Kyle, Sandie Richardson and Chris Young.

Mayfair Games has put out other games such as "Settlers of Catan," "Empire Builder" and "Family Business."
